We are a Denver-based independent exploration and production company focused on the safe and environmentally conscious extraction of America’s onshore oil and natural gas resources. We have accumulated over 100,000 net acres in the Rocky Mountains and Mid-Continent. Our mission and strategy is to maximize shareholder value through organic growth and opportunistic acquisitions of crude oil-weighted reserves. Our core operating areas are the DJ Basin in Colorado and the Cotton Valley formation in southern Arkansas. In the DJ Basin, we have nearly 30,000 net acres in the Greater Wattenberg Field. Horizontal drilling has unlocked the Niobrara oil shale in this area and our contiguous acreage position provides us with many years of drilling inventory to fuel our growth. Southern Arkansas is home to the majority of our proved reserves. It is a stable, long life, oil weighted development with high economic returns. We also control the gas processing facilities in the region, further enhancing our returns and providing us with optionality in our development.
